This weekend brought big shifts in energy. Throwing up a little in my mouth. I know I sound woo woo, but something did happen. Learning to feel, to live, to love, isn’t easy for some of us. I feel like I’m cracking and getting access to more of me. I’m thankful. I’m scared. I’m excited.
