Grief we can't avoid, and the presence required for change

Greetings Growers,

We’re almost there, the end, the end of the year. Endings bring on feelings — grief, sadness, excitement. I tend to move with avoidance at year’s end. It’s almost as if resetting back to zero welcomes uncomfortable anxiety and baggage. As if, I wasn’t enough this year. I, for sure, won’t be enough next.
